African american skin! i need some products?

so im a darker skined sista and i need a product that will make my skin look like the girls in magazines, when i was younger i didnt take care of my skin like my mother told me to ( i should have :P) do you know any skin care products that are not too expensive that will make my legs look smooth and shiny?
