I took one dose of AZO, and the next day I took a pregnancy test could the AZO have altered these results?

The AZO may make the pregnancy test hard to read, but I don't think it could have altered the results. I know that AZO will make it almost impossible to correctly read a urinalysis, so it seems likely it could make it difficult to correctly read a pregnancy test.
