My period won't come...?

im 2 weeks late, i feel like barfing and my head is killing me...and im having terrible pains where my ovaries are, i have to lay down when it hurts because the pain is unbearable...also there is no chance im pregnant...what could be wrong? i feel a big hard lump near my left ovary its like the size of a tangerine
