Anyone who read New Moon & Eclipse pls help me.?

Ok after watching Twilight i'm now a fan too,i can wait for the movie to know what will happen next and also i can really afford to buy all the novel so i'm just planning of buying Breaking Dawn bcs it just came out.What i would like to know is bcs i can't afford and too impatience to save up and buy New Moon & Eclipse i just read the summary from Wikipedia i would like to know from ppl that read the books is this summary good enough??Does it tell everything i need to know about books?
