Day 56... Why are shrimp boats towing makeshift oil booms behind them Obama's BEST response to oil cleanup?

I just watched his speech on CNN and his attempt to "get out in front of this" is still proof that he is playing catch up. He just needs to admit that he wasn't informed as he should have been but now by playing catch up we need to put even more effort into the clean up and containment process and use "all" the help that is currently available, including foreign help.
