Did the guy make a move on me? Further explanation below?

Ok there is this guy i work with. Everyone claims that I like him for some reason i don't why lol. well. His name is josef btw. Well josef told me one day that i liked him and also a few other guys. There has even been a day or two that he would walk by me from behind at work and has he ped by he put his hand on my waist that happened twiced i even kind of jumped a lil one time. Does he actually like me? I
