Is Franklin Roosevelt the most overrated president in US history?

i don't understand why some liberals think he was the one who got us out of the Great Depression... World War II got us out of the Depression, NOT HIM!!! FDR was not a good president, and his socialist legacy harms us to this day. He was an aspriring dictator who ruled for longer than what was gentlemanly and he tried to cirvent the constitution by packing the Supreme Court. His new deal policies, such as a 90% tax on the wealthiest Americans, extended the depression at least 10 years longer than it needed to last. finally, FDR was a communist sympathizer who cozied up with Joseph Stalin.
