What do you know about Abbey bank I need to know as I am having a job interview with them?

Banks are not banks any more they are retail outlets just like any other, they sell financial services. Everything is sales based. It is all performance related and expect to be asked hourly what sales you have made. It is cut throat believe me. you will be expct to perform at a very high sales level.
