Help! i need to find this girl!?

ok. so, i met this girl a few years ago in the fourth grade and ever since then we've been inseparable. but, over the 2008 summer, i moved from Canton to Millon, but we've kept in touch. then, i got a new cpu tower for my computer and i forgot to write all my info down! i had to start a new yahoo account, a new youtube account, and everything! now, i can't find her because i forgot her email/user name for all those sites. her name is Kayleigh Bondor. if anyone knows where i can surely find her, please tell me! and tell her to email Hannah Canter at canter.yahoo.com please!!! and, if anyone else wants to, you know, just talk, then i'm all ears, but i type slow. could someone please help me find her?
