What is the background of Bosnian people? How do they look?

I dated a Bosnian and we have a baby, he is white with black hair, my baby is white with green eyes, I was just wondering what mixtures do Bosnians have? I know green eyes are not very common there? He said his mom is Austrian. Where do they get this beautiful black hair from? I'm just curious...
