Help me get back on track!?

Think about it. How could you possibly look the same way you did and way soooo much less? It makes no sense. I'm not anorexic nor have I ever been so I can only tell you things from the outside looking in. I say EAT!!!!!!!! Food is soo good lol. Your body needs it. If you feel yourself gaining to much weight, start working out. Your goal should be, to be healthy rather than thin. If you feel that your mind isn't stable at the moment, maybe you should employ a very close friend or parent to think for you in regards to your health. Trust them to tell you when your body looks fine. Remember that YOU are the only one who thinks you're overweight.
