How do you transfer songs from your comp to your ipod shuffle?

I already have the itunes installed, and everything.....It has my music there cuz, on the panel it says Lia's ipod, then on the bottom of that it says Lia's limewire and it has all of my songs... I just dont know how to get them on my ipod
