Why are RTS games being developed for the 360? Its like impossible to play a RTS game with a controller.......

I don't even know why it's even called Halo Wars in the first place, if the game is based before humans even found the ring in deep space! Unless they have some kind of fancy explanation, that isn't a well thought out title.
